This was requested by Gal of Into The Woods... but I think it will be of interest to others as well. Meathooked was a Finnish 'zine made by the Sorvali cousins of Moonsorrow (the primary reason for interest in this I suspect) and some of their buddies in the late 90's, the era of decline in the black metal scene, which can be noticed while reading. Some of the interviews will no doubt be of interest to the visitors of this blog and there are some articles and two scene reports as well. I don't personally like the 'zine too much, it reeks of later 90's and the editors have read too much Isten. But give it a try, there is worthy content too.

Heyyyyyyy thank you very much! As you say, the only interest for me is that it's made by the Sorvalis, hehe. But I'm really curious...
You're welcome, hopefully you find it an interesting read! It was a pain in the ass to scan, so I got a little sloppy at times (all pages are not 100% straight) - all should be readable though. JPG format.
Haha thanks man awesome !! downloading it now
thanks again !!
sorry for the pain in the ass :$

Thought that could interest you. Cheerz!
You're welcome Gal, it wasn't that bad really.
The Deceased - thanks for the link, the guy has an unfortunate amount of other interesting items too!
Thanx Velkaarn!!! I wait for more zines...
Great zine! I had my disagreements with some of the reviews heh, but can't deny the quality. Obviously a significant amount of work went into such zines and they shouldn't be totally forgotten. Thanks for helping preserve them, and the obscure demos too!
@pagan:
Yes indeed it is well-made even while it manages to annoy me almost every time I read it! Would be neat to see the first issue, at least to compare the two if nothing else.
